Do you have a physical store where I can visit?

Yes, our boutique is located at Jl. Sawo No.1, Gondangdia, Menteng, Kota Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta 10350, Indonesia, is per appointment only. Please email brand@stellarissa.com , Whatsapp +62878885067772, or Line : stellarissa_sa to book an appointment.

We are also located at Central Neo Soho and Central Grand Indonesia, Jakarta. Galeries Lafayette Pacific Place ( Jakarta)

 

Do I need to sign up an account to order?

Yes, you do. Setting up an account will allow you to shop with ease without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. It also provides other benefits e.g. order tracking, monthly newsletters, updates on special discounts and membership programs.

You can do so by clicking on ‘ My account’ tab on the top right corner of this page. Please fill in your complete and accurate information under ‘ create new account’ option.

Please click on the top right corner of the page under ‘ My account’ to update your profile details.

 

What happens after I click ‘ Check out’ ?

Please fill in the  “confirmation payment’ details under ‘ My account’, once confirmation is received we will mail the ordered items.

Can I cancel my order?

If payment has not been completed, your order will not be processed, and you are still able to cancel/change your order. But if your payment is completed, you will not be able to cancel your order.

 

What is Handling Charges?

Handling charges include, inspection of item, packaging, shipping and documentation.

 

What if I received a different item from what I ordered?

Can I return a purchased goods?

A purchased item can be exchanged with another item, of the same value or lower, within working days.

 

How do I use a discount code?

During checkout please fill in your discount code in the ‘discount code’ column. Please be mindful of the terms and conditions of the discount code you have, a discount code can only be used 1 time.

 

How do I use a Voucher Promo/ Gift Voucher?

When you are about to ‘Submit order’, please fill in your voucher code a the ‘ Coupon Code’ Column. Please ensure to type in the code exactly as per given. Proceed by clicking ‘ Redeem Coupon’. Your total payment will automatically be deducted with the voucher amount.

 

How do I use my account credit ?

Your account credit will automatically be deducted from your total amount shopped in shop.stellarissa.com, once you click on ‘ Submit Order’.
